Had high hopes, but just barely hanging on!

At first it seemed like a great alternative to Make. I was told there would be a team functionality coming "soon"... that was almost a year ago! It's the only reason I moved over from Make. Albato started development on Team feature 4 years ago!!! Every time I ask about it, all they will say is "our team is actively working on it", first it was "we expect the release at the beginning of next year [2026]" then in May 2026 it was "Teams functionality is already in the final stage of testing... and we hope that it will be available to everyone soon." Soon...? mkay! So let's not hold our breath. The other reason why I thought Albato can compete against Make, is because, though they don't have as many native connections, they boast about their custom app builder. And you will need to use it because even the native apps are missing a lot of API connections. For example; all my clients use Google Shared Drive but Albato native Google Connection only uses My Drive. Absolutely useless for any real business use case. I am pretty good with tech. I work for a Saas company. BUT you will need a developer/engineer degree to use their custom app builder. Support will just point you to their documentation because they are not trained in how their app builder work or they tell you to email the "App Integrator support team"... except they have not once returned my emails. So in the end if you cannot figure it out with the help of AI, you just give up. Knowing what I know now, I would not have invested in Tier 4. Unfortunately I cannot get a refund.
