Unsatisfactory Experience with Albato Webhook Integration
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to provide a negative review regarding my experience with the Albato webhook integration that I purchased through AppSumo. I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction due to the significant issues I have encountered, particularly in relation to the Elementor form integration.
Prior to switching to Albato, I was using Pabbly and Zapier for my webhook needs, and I never encountered any problems with their services. However, since transitioning to Albato, I have experienced persistent errors with my Elementor forms, specifically related to webhook functionality.
What has been most disappointing is the response and support I have received from the Albato team. Rather than taking ownership of the issue and working towards a solution, they continuously deflect responsibility back to me, suggesting that the error lies on my end. This is despite the fact that I have successfully utilized webhooks with other platforms without any issues.
In fact, Albato's latest suggestion was for me to contact the Elementor team directly to inquire about the time limit for webhook responses. This approach is not only unreasonable but also highlights a lack of accountability on Albato's part.
I strongly believe that as a paying customer, I should be provided with reliable and effective support, especially when encountering issues that directly impact my ability to use the product as intended. Unfortunately, this has not been the case with Albato.
Therefore, I would like to express my disappointment and frustration with the Albato webhook integration and the inadequate support I have received. I hope that my feedback will serve as an opportunity for Albato to address these shortcomings and improve their service for future customers.
