Q: First – I love the concept and implementation of Alice.
1. Does the Make, Zapier etc. integrations work specifically with custom webhooks? If so, you should add Pabbly to the list :-) If those have custom app triggers...then you should add Pabbly :-)
2. How do you view the newly announced Apple Intelligence as competition with regards to system integration? For example, can Alice add things to a specific list in my Reminders app (or other apps on my Mac desktop)?

1/ YES! The integration works via webhooks. Inside of Snippets in Alice, you can provide a URL for the webhook that receives the data. So in reality, this can be ANY service, like Pabbly, IFTTT and many others, we just put Zapier and Make.com as an example. In fact, it can even be your own IP / server with Custom AI.
2/ Alice can only accomplish those tasks via automations (for now). It means, that you have to specifically connect a scenario, that will get the data from Alice and send to e.g. Reminders, Todoist, Notion etc. From our experience this is currently THE BEST WAY of accomplishing agency with AI. Other solutions that promise agency "out-of-the-box" simply does not deliver on this promise. The great advantage of our approach is also, that you need to think a bit more about what and how you want to accomplish the action - this gives you almost limitless possibilities, with thousands of apps that offer API. Apple intelligence offers slightly different route - an SDK for even better communication between apps and AI. This is great and sounds like the future, however it will be limited by many factors, and the adoption / support for apps will only be gradually increasing over time. It's certain though, that it will help using native apps like Music, Mail, Reminders etc. but I don't see it coming anytime soon to productivity and work apps, like HubSpot, Slack, Notion etc. This is where Alice excels now, as you can easily connect your work stack. It takes some time, iterations and learning automation - but is greatly rewarding and satisfying 😊
