In the meantime, there are so many unanswered questions here, but no response from the developer or support team.

And the time for the "Limited Supply" promotion is running out. Where is the seriousness towards the potentially new Sumo-ling customers from this promotion?

I don't know what to make of it.

Yeah I think it is weird that they run a second promotion and don't jump in the support questions here. Also weird that they have custom AI in tier 3 and 4 but apparently released openrouter support only in tier 4. I like the product and was just about to upgrade to tier 3 to get openrouter support but that leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
