Q: Support....?!

Doesn't it seem strange that the Developer only answers selected unit questions?
It gives very much to think that support will.....answer yourselves!
Does the colleague intend to answer all the questions asked here?
The way it looks so far is unacceptable these days.
I bought level 3 and I am running away, because we have had sad experiences here more than once with products with very bad support, and if there is a problem here then what will happen next.

To be honest we haven't seen those questions! 😮 We just figured out that this secret deal is in a different tab than the original deal we did, and have separate questions! Sorry for that, we'll on top of them already 😊
