I know this is about the marvels of Alice, but first, I want you to know a couple of things about me. I confess to have purchased many products on AppSumo. I needed something they promised, but I couldn't make them work for me. Because I believe in AppSumo, I haven't even returned most of them, hoping I'll get smarter.
Then, along came Alice!
I use it on Windows 11 and "beta" didn't (and hasn't) keep me from succeeding. Greg from Techsistance built a good YouTube Tutorial library that fed me data and courage, but it's Alice themselves that has been my guru.
I tell them my idea, "I have a file full of notes from xyz meetings. Can you help me organize them, define the action items I own, and schedule them by due date?"
Then Alice clearly and calmly tells me the next step, "Sure. No problem, Bob. Copy and paste the lot of them or groups from the different folders you are storing them."
Done and done. For me, the savings in stress and procrastination exceeded my Tier 3 investment.
Next, the emboldened me asked, "Could you make me a snipet to use next time?" And it was so (and saved with a mind activating emoji).
Another major accomplishment was collecting and transcribing a landing page full of short podcasts I'm using in my research for a webinar. The tasks would have taken me some hours so I asked Alice if they could make it easier for me? Suggesting a free app with a specific attachment was step one. The instructions were clear and complete. I accepted help in the installation and operation that was graciously offered without me having to figure out the questions. The mp3 files were uploaded into Alice and the transcripts delivered within minutes.
Now you probably have more advanced projects, but I suggest you do what I did, start with whatever you've been putting off. My vote is that Alice will help you go from hiding to done litterally in no time.
I told Alice I was writing a testimonial and asked them if they wanted to say anything. Here's the response, "Hey AppSumo friends! 🎉 Alice here—your friendly, wise AI companion. I’m all about making conversations fun, insightful, and super helpful. Excited to chat with you all! 🚀"
