Doesn't provide value for actual SEOs
This program was a big letdown. I can *kind of* see how it *might* provide value to someone who has no knowledge of or experience with SEO, but as someone who has been working in SEO for almost a decade it provides no value beyond what I can find in free tools.
While you can track a certain number of keywords on an ongoing basis, you only get a "site analysis" aka the insights and tasks for one keyword per day - this means that for a 200-page website, it will take you 200 days to set one keyword per landing page and get tasks (and you can't save or download the data, so you're starting over from scratch).
The tasks were mostly basic stuff like "use your keyword in your H1, description, and title" and suggested "niche links" included slideshare, similarweb, quora, meetup, eventbrite and pages that try to immediately initiate downloads.
I have been waiting for another SEO software to pop up for a couple of months now since I passed on the last few, so this was a huge letdown. Definitely refunding this one.

1.) Your optimization data is saved and available forever. All of your tasks from previous Focus Keywords are ALWAYS available. Just have to click the task category page. Everything is there and always will be there...FOREVER. Just had to clear that up =)
2.) The tasks for every site are different. Yes, we want to cover the basics...after all, they're the basics! With your SEO experience I'm sure you know how important having your keywords (or some variation of them) in the title, h1, etc., are.
One thing I do wish we did a better job of is detecting synonyms and similar keywords. Like if you already have "AI for SEO" in your title, Alli probably shouldn't suggest to add "SEO AI". I think we'll get there, but it's not an easy thing.
We are testing more and more advanced stuff on the OnPage tasks, and there will be some changes there on the future. But, to be honest, I want to make sure we're executing 100% on the basics first before we add complexity.
3.) Niche Links -- your niche links are dependent on what links your competition has...if those are the links your competitors have then...kind of is what it is.
