I have only been playing around with the software for a few hours but it was really easy to use and figure out everything.
They even give you helpful tips on how to build links, what to say and where to find them. However some of the links are not relevant and there is no way of leaving a note to yourself or deleting the none relevant links. I think this would be a very useful feature to allow you to streamline your link building.
Other than that I found the software great and easy to use. Maybe a few more videos on how to optimise the software.

Couple quick things:
You *can* cancel tasks.
On your task category pages, there are little checkboxes next to each task. Just select those and then click the cancel button at the bottom.
We *are* working on a number of updates that will do a better job of showing you the most relevant, powerful link possibilities at the top.
We also do have a "notes" or "comment" feature for tasks already in the works as well.
We usually release 1-2 updates per week so improvements are coming =)
