It has potential but I think it should be a more complete tool not only scratching the surface in some elements like the recommendations, in some cases you get a sample in other just what you should do. Example:
Add Alt Tags to Your Images: this is just a standard recommendation, please scan my site and let me know which one is missing the Tag.
Remove Your Multiple H1 Tags: show me my current H1 Tags so I can find and remove them, don't make me search again my site if you already did it.
Keywords rankings look good and accurate I checked with other tools and the information it's correct.
Let's improve these amazing tools.

...And I agree with all of your feedback.
We've actually already got those additions added to the dev pipeline. We generally release an update once (sometimes twice) per week so expect to see Alli continue to improve over time.
