Q: Agents feature
I’m a Tier 3 lifetime customer through AppSumo. I saw the new “Agents” feature and wanted to confirm whether this is included in my plan or if it’s considered a separate add-on.
Given that the AppSumo deal includes lifetime access to all Premium plan features, I’d appreciate your clarification on how this feature is handled under my Tier 3 license.

The newly launched AI Agents are a separate and added-on billing topic that will be available in all plans, if paid for additionally.
The AI Agents are not part of the starter, premium or full suite plan and can be added on top of the overall current offering to automate worklfows like call prep, filling your CRM automatically and auto-generating f/u emails - so you do not have to lift a finger!
