Hello there,\u000a\u000aAfter using your tool, I was wondering if there were ways to communicate directy with the client through your platform :\u000a\u002D through a direct live chat\u000a\u002D and/or AI chatbot\u000a\u002D and/or a dedicated space on the platform?\u000a\u000aAlso, can the customer actually write stuff on the platform directly, i.e. to update some lines in a table? \u000a\u000aMany thanks, interesting tool

Does that help you to get the answer clarified?\u000a\u000aChat functionalities are also on the roadmap, but not a priority as of now!\u000a\u000aAnd yes, customer can fully collaborate within the action plan and add content exactly how you would add content as well. \u000a\u000aLet me know if the answer helps!\u000aFreddy
