What about the customer portal?
2. Is it possible to identify what customer is creating a ticket or assign automatically and agent in according to the customer or SLA's?
3. I'm testing the trial, but I don't see many things, reports by customers, nothing
4. support to create more channels, I would like support to create more email accounts, live chats
5. support to custom signatures
6. What about assign agent in the ticket directly or rules based
7. Add sendinblue integration please

Thank you for taking the time to try out AlphaCX.

Customer Portal is in the works and almost ready.

Tickets can be assigned automatically based on the ticket category.

I am sure you can filter based on customer in /reports, there is still work to be done but you can definitely filter based on customer.

Yes, we are definitely creating more channels per account, we've had a flood of request on this.

Custom signatures will be available very soon.

We didnt't have sendinblue integration in our plans, now we will consider it.

You can assign tickets manually, just update the ticket, this allows you manually assign or change the status.
