Q: Hey team, Love the look of this.
May I ask a few questions please.
1. Will I be able to include my logo in the chat widget and have it completely white-labeled with Tier 1?
2. What email address do I need to sign up with? My support one or can I just sign up with my usual enquiry email and link the support one later?
3. Is the knowledge base able to be on a custom domain which is also white labelled with my branding?
4. Do this integrate with FluentCRM for wordpress?

You can remove 'Powered by AlphaCX in the live chat widget with all tiers.
Signup with your AppSumo account email, then setup support email in the app.
Custom Domain is still in the works but this will apply to your account as a whole and not just the Knowledge Base.
Branding applies to Knowledge base too.
We do not have immediate plans to integrate FluentCRM, however, we will consider this.
but the chat widget icon in the customer side has your logo/icon, is the white label include change the chat widget icon, right?
