Q: I also want my helpdesk to use an intercom like chat.

A chat that can run complex chatbots and answer most questions on autopilot, just like intercom chat.

A chat that I can connect to all my 25 websites and my helpdesk can tell me where exactly this chat came from (Which website).

In short, I need an Intercom replica with lots of features and pre-integration with helpdesk inside the chat.

A: Hi,

Our Chatbot should be shipped between Q4 2022 - Q1 2023. As regards using chat on multiple websites, you can do that now, all we need to include is which of the website the live chat is coming from.

We should include this in a few days.

You forgot to explain about the Intercom style chat system.
Will your chatbot & chat look and feel like Intercom?
Intercom is a kind of industry standard which most companies are switching to.
As far as you make something similar, you won't go wrong.
