For example, there is no option to specify a username in the SMTP settings. In my case, this unfortunately results in me not being able to set an email.

In addition, also pre-chat fields are not adjustable and there are not so many automation options available.

The support team has not responded to my inquiries so far, unfortunately. Therefore, I assume that the support does not respond so quickly.

In my opinion, it is also strange that the company only accepts information from people who are over 18 years old. At least that's what the conditions say. What if a minor writes an email with a question?

Very pity everything, because the product has quite potential.
