Also I have 100+ LinkedIn post template crafted with neuro copy.

I would like to save those templates in your tool.

What about automation ? I would like to do the following one : save video in my YouTube account, trigger link copy in a Google sheet, my GPT will analyze and suggest type of post that will reach then alphana webhook listen and when the column ready to create is on true it will generate content using the Template that is mentioned.

❔ What are the key features required?
❔ How can we break down tasks into sprints?
❔ Who will fill each role in the Scrum team?
❔ How will we measure progress and success?
I'd argue defining clear roles is most important.
Then align your answers with how to determine the best format or approach for your project and get started.
You can always pivot as necessary.
𝐓𝐋;𝐃𝐑 - Scrum content is still highly relevant and effective.
Just make sure it's organized, adaptive, you have your dedicated team members, and you ask the right questions.
