Alphana is a very cool, time-saving tool for multiplying the amount of content you create. It took a 2.5 minute video of mine and cut it down into five short videos suitable for social media posts. I'll need to fix just a couple of end edit points, but the rest was ready to roll.

Alphana also extracted a very accurate, timestamped transcript. I only had to change one word. Only one gripe here: It labeled each sentence with "Speaker 0" because this was a narrated explainer video. If there's only one speaker -- a narrator -- I'd love to see this software detect that fact and label the dialogue source as the narrator only once, at the beginning, and never again in the video. No need to keep relabeling "Speaker 0" when it never changes. Easy workaround, though, so it didn't irritate me too badly.

These video cutter-downer function also can't parse text-only explainer videos -- there has to be dialogue or a voiceover. Just so you know.

So, at this price, getting the ability to turn any video with audible dialogue into lots of different types of media is a no-brainer. Just buy it!
