Saying “I could have just shut Alphana down and moved on” is a slap in the face to every AppSumo customer who bought the LTD in good faith. LTD buyers are not throwaway users, they are early supporters who helped fund the product. If founders on AppSumo can openly speak about customers this way, then AppSumo needs to step in and enforce higher standards, because this kind of attitude damages trust in the entire marketplace.
