Or if you use our InstantAlt script, you just add the script to your website pages and alt text will be added automatically for you.

with the instantalt script it modifies my html file? or everything is just loaded from your script every time a page is visited?

The script never modifies your HTML code served by your site. Everything is loaded via the script when the page is visited.
