Q: Not working
I bought two licenses so I get 600 actions a month, and used it for the first time today and the results were amazing when rewriting existing alt attributes. However, it's been hours and after multiple attempts I am still not seeing any generated results for images on the page that did not already contain alt attributes. What is the best way to get help? This is very frustrating and I have a client waiting on me. Please help.

Thanks to your team for the quick response. For anyone reading this, the issue was some of the website images were SVG files, which cannot be processed by AltText.ai but are in the works for sometime in the future. This is great news, although disappointing for my case. Thanks again for the quick responses here and over the contact form/email.
