I had tried the free version of AltText.ai, so I knew what I was getting. Although I haven't tried every feature of the app, it seems pretty intuitive and certainly does what I want from it. The generated alt text is good; it describes everything in the image well. There are browser extensions that make the generation process easy. I was pleased to see that it generates British English spellings as well as many other international languages. The main reason for taking the time to write a review is to mention their support response time. I raised a query about an additional credit purchase, and I received a response within 3 hours. This has helped me to build confidence in the service. So far, I am impressed.
