Q: Hi, The subtitle feature look very promising and I'm planning to stack multiple code.

However, I'll need to export and download the videos with selected language to make them into DVDs for our clients. Happy Scribe allows unlimited of exports. Is it possible for you to allow 2 hours of exports per month for each code?

A: Hello Sumoling,
just create your transcript in any language you want and click the "Export Button" and you see a great small interface where you can decide on which voice and language and if you want to export the subtitles or transcript. You will get all voice tags if you export in WebVTT and also a perfect transcript when you export in SRT:

I do not understand why one has to "advertise" he has "unlimited" downloads for a 2kb text file... I thought it is obvious that you can download how often you want but if you feel better if I tell you:
We have UNLIMITED downloads for your transcripts. :)

Let me know if you have more questions.
Bernd

Hello Btk_Alughau,
I mean the export/download of the Video in mp4 format with the embedded translated subtitle, not just the text file. Would it be possible to allow 2 hours of Video exports/month for each code?

Hello,
we do not offer the feature for "Burned Subtitles" and I am sorry, this is also not on our roadmap (at least for now) as we are no real fans of this feature. It might look usable at the first look but it causes a lot of usability issues for the audience in our opinion. I am really sorry, that I have no positive answer here for you but as I mentioned before, you can easily download the transcript and use ffmpeg to merge it. It is no real rocket science:

ffmpeg -i video.avi -vf subtitles=subtitle.srt out.avi

And you are done... :)

Best greets,
Bernd
