We have a fully GraphQL-API so it could be used in an app. The API is not public but for enterprise we can talk about. We will consider giving more access to it in the future.
The wireframs for the SmartTV app are completed, and we will work on it as soon as possible. As you can see we also have a lot of great classic movie content in multiple languages.
