What should I know about canceling?
- Gumlet Video: If you cancel, you’ll keep access to the Growth plan through the end of your current term. Because Gumlet provides data storage, the plan can’t be fully downgraded until you delete or remove your stored data. Before your term ends you’ll receive multiple renewal reminder notifications, so you have time to cancel or manage your data ahead of the next billing cycle. - Pictory: Pictory’s cancellation flow shows pop-ups suggesting you’ll lose your data. You won’t. It’s part of their standard flow for every customer, and canceling works as expected.
- Nifty: Straightforward. Cancel and keep full access for the rest of your term.
