Some services have a "minimum length" - for example if I upload a 5-minute video they have a minimum of 15 minutes - so that 5-minute video uses up 15 minutes of my monthly "time". Do you use the exact time of the video, or do you round up? If you round, what is the increment?

2. Does transcription and subtitles count towards your monthly time separately? For example, if I upload a 1-hour video to have it both transcribed and subtitles will that count as 1 hour or 2 hours?

3. What are your terms for the videos that are uploaded? How long do you store them? What are your deletion/removal policy and security policy (I don't want my videos to be "stolen" and used by someone else as theirs)
