Hey there, I notice many people asking about the hours available on each tier, and the need to increase them. Each time it was asked the reply was "we are looking into this". Have you found any upgrades yet? With only 48-hours left, and only 14 reviews (not many purchases) I am weary of this deal, although it looks good on face value. I have three quick questions before I decide what level to buy: 1. Some services have a "minimum length" - for example if I upload a 5-minute video they have a minimum of 15 minutes - so that 5-minute video uses up 15 minutes of my monthly "time". Do you use the exact time of the video, or do you round up? If you round, what is the increment? 2. Does transcription and subtitles count towards your monthly time separately? For example, if I upload a 1-hour video to have it both transcribed and subtitles will that count as 1 hour or 2 hours? 3. What are your terms for the videos that are uploaded? How long do you store them? What are your deletion/removal policy and security policy (I don't want my videos to be "stolen" and used by someone else as theirs) TIA!
Does Amberscript work like Otter.ai in that it can record sound via desktop or mobile device. For instance you are watching a webinar and you want to record the person speaking or do you have to record the speaker and then input to Amberscript?
