We bought this and so can confirm that it does what it says.

Couldn't locate any help videos inside the product so question to the developers.

Question: Where are the help videos?

Also, the 2 hour limit might be the deal breaker on whether to keep this or just increase our HappyScribe quota.

2 hours isn't practical note that we've identified projects to use it for.

And paying more for extra hours won't work.

So, the product works and is pretty straightforward BUT the 2 hour quota on the standard tier needs to be raised for it to be a practical tool for us and many others.

I own Tier3 and tried this product two times with 2 videos in a total of less than an hour.

I like the result. I hope at least we can carry over half the amount of unused hours every month.

it will be very helpful for the small business owners and startup communities, that cannot create enough content and make use of the full potential of amberscript for now (like myself)

Tried directly for indonesian client interview over 1.5hours.
Overall is great (I give 5 tacos), eventhough still so much rooms for improvements.

Here is what I got:
1. Simple UI UX upload and transcribe.
2. For Indonesian, It only detect 1 speaker only. Hoping you can detect the speakers like english.
3. Overall result 80-85% accuracy for Indonesian language, and can't detect multi-language at the same time (Indonesian and english). Hopefully can be improved on this.
4. No Support button, or maybe I missed it? No roadmap ahead.
5. Add more hours as bonus would be great for honest reviewer.
6. Happy to see integration with zoom gmeet etc.

Almost end of appsumo, wanna upgrade to several stacks but not sure.
Would be great to hear update and the roadmap from founder.

really quick and a great extension for word transcribe but adds so many more as editorable for subtitels in video.
