I have used Happy Scribe for some time and my problem was that I did not take a better offer then.

So when Amberscript came, I went on full in Tier 5.

The app works pretty well and is amazing, but:
1. My problem is that i want files in both .docx as well as .srt. Basically, I use Amberscript for subtitles but I also need the text block document in order to make lead magnets and so no. Unfortunately, if you do not pay attention and just hit the "create subtitle" button, you can no longer download them via .docx. So basically you just get subtitles and that is it :( Would love and option to have them both, even after I go and push that magic button.

2. You cannot make your own vocabulary. We work in the legal field and have some words which are more special. In HappyScribe I was able to make my own vocabulary.

3. You do not have folders to organise stuff. It is just a list there and it shows up with the last video you were working on. It is a complete chaos, especially when you do something like 50 videos per month.

Other than that, great app :-D
