Q: Three questions, there is not a good search feature so can't tell if this was already answered.

1) Time zone...I have staff around the world and customers around the world, will a) staff be able to set their availability in their own time zone and then b) customers to be able to see the availability in their own time zone

2) Customers would first buy a product that includes a one on one - can it be set in such a way that they are given access to the calendar after purchase?

3) Availability pre-booking - would I be able to have a tab say on woocommerce that shows availability but without ability to book on the product page, so they can gauge if they want to buy based on when they can book?

4) Google calendar sync - if a staff blocks a time out on their google calendar during a time they generally have availability, say for a doctor's appointment will it automatically make it not available when a customer is looking?

5) Can each staff member link their own google calendar to their appointments?

Thanks,
Amy

Hello Amy!

We sincerely apologize for missing the chance to respond to this question.

1. The time zone is still configured in the back-end for your employees, but with our next update (should be released in a couple of weeks), while customers can see the time slots in their time zone if you enable "Show booking slots in clients time zone" in Amelia's General Settings. With the next update, your employees will be able to configure their work hours in their own time zone.

2. The customer's profile is not created until they book an appointment, so when they book the initial appointment, they will gain access to their profile (if you enable the Customer Panel, that is).

3. There's no possibility to show availability without being able to book. Amelia's forms allow your customers to book available time slots, so as long as the service is available - it's bookable.

4. That is correct, if an employee blocks the time slot in their Google Calendar, that time slot will be disabled in Amelia (if you enable "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" in Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar).

5. Yes, each employee can link their own Google Calendar to their employee profile.

Kind regards.
