Have been using Amelia for my wife's health business (natural fertility treatment) for a while, and very glad to see that Amelia is on Appsumo, after missing it for the first time. The plugin is robust, back end design is very well thought out. It shows a lot of promise too. Here is ranking by features:

Scheduling: 6 out of 5
- You can rename Services and Employees, and do very many cool features with them. Read the responses to the reviews of TMS folks for many cool things that can be done with the plugin

Booking User Experience: <1 out of 5
- Completely terrible, not customizable, can't even change the font. Widget is nasty and small. Even the closest dirt-cheap alternative, Bookme Pro, offers much more in terms of customizations of the booking widget. Nowadays we want the ability to leverage default colors of the site (Divi anyone?), ability to customize fonts, and user experience. It is not 2000s for the clunky UI.

Integrations: 2 out of 5
+1 for Woocommerce, +1 for Zoom
- "Zapier is our integration strategy" is not an integration strategy. When thinking about the integration strategy, do take a look at the top players for each class of software. Just like Wishlist Member did. Or better, consider the apps that they integrate with, they are pretty much best of breed.

Business Value: 5 out of 5
- Missing feature for the customers to purchase a set of 6 appointments, and then book each separately, reducing the count

Future Promise: 5 out of 5

Ability to execute: 4 out of 5
- Take a look at the changelog, features have been consistently implemented, and bugs fixed.
- Lack of ability or desire to fix booking UI/UX, and "Zapier Integration Strategy" -1

Wishlist for Amelia:
- Support for more native integrations: WishList Member, MailerLite or Convertkit.
-- PS: Zapier is not an integration, or an integration strategy, it is a waste of money
- UI customizations
- Ability to create tickets for events, and a barcode per ticket - so that the attendees can be checked in using mobile phone. Much like Event Frame does it, but without the need to have a massive event management platform like EF is.
