Q: Hi!

Do you have Round Robin feature. I use Acuity and it has: Acuity will distribute the appointments round robin, starting by sending appointments to the calendar with the least number of appointments that day.

Do you know if there is a way... A person makes an appointment which redirect this person to a form page. As soon as the form is completed and the data from this form goes straight to Amelia booking details.

I am using Acuity with Wuffoo forms. When a person make and appointment and complete a form all the data from this for goes straight to Acuity.

A: Hi,

Thank you for your questions.

At the moment we don't have Round Robin option. If customer chooses 'Any employee' option or if you hide employees selection the appointment will be assigned randomly.

We don't have option to transfer data from the form to Amelia but we have custom fields option so you can put various custom fields to the booking form (which can defer for each service if you need) and customer can fill the fields during the booking. The information from those fields will be added to the appointment information that you can see on the appointments page.
