With Amelia, you can connect your employees to Outlook and/or Google Calendars.

With the "Remove busy slots" option enabled, as soon as the employees create a Busy event in Outlook, that time slot is automatically blocked in Amelia, so customers that use the online booking form wouldn't be able to book this time slot.

Also, all appointments booked with an employee linked with an Outlook account will be stored in the Outlook Calendar.
