If you build websites for clients or run a service business, grabbing Amelia here is one of the smartest moves you can make. I’ve tested so many booking tools that end up being a nightmare to customize or look terrible on mobile, but this one is completely different. It looks incredibly sleek right out of the box, and clients are always blown away by how premium their new booking system feels.

The integration with Google Calendar and payment gateways is practically plug-and-play, saving me hours of setup time on projects. Plus, the automated email and SMS reminders actually work exactly as they should, which drastically cuts down on no-shows. It’s rare to find a lifetime deal this mature and stable that you can confidently use on live production sites without worrying about it breaking. It has easily paid for itself ten times over. Don't overthink this one!

Easy to install, good support, and plenty of ooopmh...to customise it whichever way you want. Buy or cry, the choice is yours.

I have been using Amelia for clients since the 2020 Appsumo LTD. Our clients use it for lead generation bookings such as free consultations, free workout sessions, etc. I haven't tried it for events, classes, etc., so I can't speak to that, but for this type of bookings, it's worked perfectly.

Also, every time I've needed help the support team has responded really quickly and politely. If the app didn't have the exact feature I needed, they provided me with effective workarounds.

Overall, I'm quite happy I have the unlimited license for Amelia, and will continue to use it for our clients' websites.

Very nice interface and well thought out for most booking cases. Not for events though. What I miss here for example is an option to disable booking for certain events.

Also, what I don't like is not being able to edit the HTML (for example to link employees to buddypress profiles etc) and that data is stored in separate tables in the database and not the wordpress way. Which might be beneficial for performance is setback when using the data otherwise – having to code custom SQL queries and not being compatible with builders etc, and most importantly not being able to connect the data to other custom taxonomies, compability to other plugins etc. If you are looking for an easy, ready made solution and you don't need flexibility in customisation, then go for it. Otherwise don't.

I've been using Amelia as an annual license user for a couple of years. I like it enough, and think I'll have enough users, that I just stacked 5 codes for unlimited lifetime.

It has a few quirks, and can be frustrating at times, but if you stick to its main purpose then it's a very very good appointment plugin. There are a few things that I wish it would do differently or better (please export custom booking fields into separate columns when exported to a csv file!) but that's the case with every plugin.
