After actually using this plugin
So after actually using this plugin, here are my observations. We buy a plugin because of the mindset the owners/developers have. Their attitude, thoughtfulness, and who they are. The way we can get insight on this is to actually use their software, look at their changelogs, their past interactions with customers, and their roadmap.
Pros:
- Design(UI): Beautiful choice of colors
- Concept: Having self hosted calendar for unlimited users is awesome
Cons:
- Slow response on tickets that are critical (9 months and no solution for a problem that shouldn't even exist), there are many examples of this. https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2158658/
- Awkward Design (UX) choice:
1. We can't change our email on the customer portal unless we email them.
2. Activation code appears on the plugin
3. To change the domain on the customer portal, we need to delete it and recreate it.
4. Plugin doesn't actually retrieve users from wordpress for their list of employees, we need to create it manually.
I've downgraded from unlimited to one license.
I'm hopeful that the creators of this give more thoughtfulness on designing this. At this time, I'm contemplating if I should refund this. An indication that things are improving is if their responses to customer service improves via: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/public-tickets/

Thanks for your opinion and review.
We are aware of the problem for calculation of buffer time and that is to be fixed very soon. Also, we will add the option to hide the purchase key on the website, for now, we have not that good work that you can ask for on our support for.
For changing the domain, yes you need to delete it and reactivate it, but it needs to be done like that and we didn't really have any complaints about it so far. For sure I will pass this to our developer.
