Only good for 'physical location' appointments

I purchased this in the hopes that I could replace Calendly. And if I had a business that had in-person appointments and I had only one time slot duration (see con's below). I'm giving it only 3 tacos as this program (even for in-person meetings) is sorely lacking, but might work for some if they understand the limitations going in.

Pro's: Only for in-person meetings and very restrictive at that. Their customer service was responsive.

Con's:

1) There is only ONE default meeting time period. If you choose 1 hour, then all appointments scheduled no matter what type of meeting it is. You can't sell you time for say 1/2 hour or 45 minutes even if you have more than one type of service. This appears to affect the buffer between appointments. If you chose 1 hour for the meeting, the buffer has to be in increments of 1 hour.

2) There is only one default confirmation message. There are variables (date, time, location) but you cannot customize the message for more information specific to the type of meeting you are having.

Honestly I didn't get too much further after that. Those two were my deal breakers. And honestly Calendly does this better hands down. Every meeting 'type' can have it's own time duration, calendar availability, buffer between meetings and fully customizable confirmation email for clients.

But I did find the company polite and responsive.

Just to clarify:

1) You can set the default time slot step from 1 minute, and based on that you can set duration for each individual service.

2) Yes, there is one template but we have a list of placeholders that are service-specific and event-specific.
