Is there a feature that will prevent any duplicate records from being created, like for example an existing email address is already added a customer, and then that same email address was used when let's say the same person signed up again using one of my forms? Description shows CNAME as a feature, also says "Track time spent on tasks directly in the platform for accurate productivity data"... however I see a comment from the owner that this is a planned add on? I bought tier 5 but from inside the software there is no way to track time or update CNAME, is this correct? If so, why does it say you have this feature?
