Q: Duplicate Records
Is there a feature that will prevent any duplicate records from being created, like for example an existing email address is already added a customer, and then that same email address was used when let's say the same person signed up again using one of my forms? In my current CRM Bigin, I have to upgrade for this and it's not straight forward either. Hope you can answer this thanks!

Oct 6, 2024A: Hi, yes, you can. In the general settings (left menu, bottom icon), there is an option for managing duplicates. You just need to enable it.
