I have purchased this app, as in need of a CRM that provides the following, does your app do this?
1. A way to capture Contact information, via a website and/or Wordpress.com's subscribe feature
2. Ability to email Contacts (group emailings) via manual email configuration (smtp)
3. Email Templates with drag and drop customization
4. Payment integrations such as Square
I am reaching out here because your support requires WhatsApp and there is no other way to contact anyone...bit frustrating.

1. Yes, you can collect contacts from your website using our forms, which you can customize in the builder (left menu, top icon).
2. Yes, you can integrate your email via SMTP and send emails both manually and through automation.
3. Email templates are on our roadmap and are planned to be implemented within the next 2 months.
4. Integration with payment services is in development. Alternatively, you can implement it yourself via API.
