Q: Tier 3 15 user activation time
If I purchase the Tier 3 which gives 15 users. Will I have to give all 15 users to 15 people within 60 days. Or can I make the purchase and register 1 first within 60 days, and then the other 15 users only assign when they are added on my team?

Your response is a bit confusing. Why would I have to assign all fifteen users within the first 60days? Most platforms give you an allotment of users that can be assigned at any time, and if a person leaves the organization, then that user seat becomes available again. What is the true case for your user allotment?
