Q: Where did email support go? Why do I need to request to upgrade to get BPMN2.0 and not just pay and go?
Reaching out here because email support address is not a working address. And contacting you through Whatsapp is frustrating. The process is not easy and I have not gotten it to work at my end. You have a very good product, but support is necessary especially since there are not a lot of resources in the app our out of the app to figure out how to set things up easily. Thanks

First off, you’re absolutely right — clear support and easy access are critical, and we apologize for the confusion during this transition. Amwork recently went through a change of ownership and full infrastructure migration to improve long-term stability and customer experience. During that move, the old support email became inactive, and WhatsApp responses were delayed.

Yes, I can confirm this issue. The support is not reachable at all and I can’t even log in to the platform anymore. That’s very disappointing, especially since I paid a lot of money for the Lifetime Deal. Without proper support or working access, the product becomes unusable, no matter how good the idea behind it is.

Supposedly from a text via WhatsApp, there is no more Amwork. Hopefully I will get my data, whatever that is suppose to look like. I was utilizing the app for many things and suddenly like many do not have access to anything. Disappointing, it is a good app but we deserved to be told in advance so we could have started migrating elsewhere than to have everything held hostage.

Excited we still have this awesome and beautifully simplistic CRM platform! I had wished I was tech savvy to be able to step in just like you did and saved this app! Good to hear it will improve as well. I logged in and saw some updates in the dashboard and that I can now get the automation for $1 a month! Google Calendar soon please!! This is huge. Almost switched to another app, glad I did not
