Q: Why can’t I log in anymore to my Amwork account?

I purchased the Lifetime Deal and now I can’t access the platform at all. The support email is not working, and I haven’t received any help so far. This is very frustrating and disappointing — I paid for a Lifetime Deal and expect at least working access and reliable support. Please provide urgent assistance.

Amwork recently went through a change of ownership. We were actually one of the original customers who loved the platform so much that we decided to acquire it to ensure it didn’t disappear — and to rebuild it stronger.

During the transition, a few legacy AppSumo accounts experienced temporary access interruptions as we moved servers and updated domains. Your Lifetime Deal is 100% still valid, and you will not lose any access or data.

(this is the new active support email — the old one was deactivated during the migration). Include your AppSumo purchase email, and we’ll restore your access within 24 hours.

We’re prioritizing customer support and bug fixes as our first step before rolling out the new features and integrations we’ve planned.

They told us, they have not enough cash to bring the platform back, sadly. The only way to contact them is via their WhatsApp support. You should find the number on their website, as AppSumo is not allowing me to post it here.

We are waiting for a data export of our data. French company, hope they will deliver at least that.

I’m also still waiting for my data. What I find really upsetting is that they didn’t inform us at least 1–2 weeks in advance. That way, we could have made our own backup in time. Being caught off guard like this feels really unfair.

Supposedly from a text via WhatsApp, there is no more Amwork. Hopefully I will get my data, whatever that is suppose to look like. I was utilizing the app for many things and suddenly like many do not have access to anything. Disappointing, it is a good app but we deserved to be told in advance so we could have started migrating elsewhere than to have everything held hostage.

I can totally relate. I also got a CSV file, but it’s basically useless – just a handful of contacts and nothing else. All projects, deals, pipelines, and organizations are gone.

It would have made a huge difference if they had given us even just one day of access to transfer everything. Instead, we’re left with scraps. Really disappointing, and I also feel AppSumo should take responsibility here

i'm in the same boat. just under 1 year of the purchase and they went out of business. i thought amwork had a lot of potential but i should have known that it was going downhill.... appsumo has yet to refund me for my purchase which should be covered under their appsumo plus guarantee. i decided to cancel my appsumo plus subscription until this gets resolved

I also received a CSV file, but honestly it’s useless – it only contains a few contacts and nothing else. All projects, deals, pipelines and organizations are missing.

It would have been much more helpful if they had at least given us a one-day access to quickly transfer our data, but it seems they are not able (or willing) to do that.
