Q: Workflow Set Up
In Amwork, is there a way of setting up a list of defined tasks in a project template. Then by using this template to add a project, it populates the new project with standardised tasks? I have twenty tasks for each project and wouldn't want to be typing them in every time.

Sep 9, 2024A: Hi, great question! This can be solved through automation.
You need to create a field (select) in the project card for the template name.
Set up automation for tasks based on the template name field in the project.
After that, when you create a project, choose the template name in the field, and after saving the card, tasks will be created automatically. We are also working on a feature for project and task templates.

When creating an adding a create task automation, it would be amazing to have the ability to add not just the task but also sub-tasks within it.
