Disappointed – Service shut down after 1 year and Service shut down overnight – no chance to secure data

I purchased the Amwork lifetime deal with high expectations, but after only about one year the company went bankrupt and the service is no longer accessible. I am very disappointed with how Amwork handled this. From one day to the next, access to the platform was completely blocked – without any prior notice. This meant we had absolutely no chance to back up or secure our data.

Lifetime deals should at least guarantee stability for a reasonable period of time. In this case, the platform simply disappeared, leaving paying customers without access or support.

I strongly urge AppSumo to review such deals more carefully in the future and to provide compensation or credits for users affected by discontinued products like this one.
