No Customer Service - Or I can't find it
I did my first mindmap and it came out in Chinese, not English, so I double checked to make sure everything was correct. I checked to make sure I did not have a virus. I told AI to correct it to english, and it said I needed to change the Node Note, but that requires an upgrade.
There is not much there, and there is no help, ask for assistance or contact us. It took 1 credit.
I do not know if it is just me, or anyone else, but I would be cautious with this one. So do not wait until the refundable date to try this out if you buy it.
