AMZ Image Questions

It's been now almost a week that I bought this product, and although an account was created, I don't have any license key in my account details (I received an email but license key was blank), so I still cannot use the product so far, I've been trying to reach the support by all means (several emails without answer, completed the form on the website), tried to connect to the portal of tickets without success(my Amzimage credentials were not accepted, I tried to sign in, it's saying that my email already used, I tried to use 'password fogotten' it's saying Im not auhtorized to use this).
Last point, I started receiving advertising emails on my email address, and this email was created the same day just for amzimage so unless it has been monetized by Amzimage by selling data, I'm worried that the site was hacked. Could you please advise ?

Im not sure if this is rock solid and secure with new versions of wordpress but this shows up as not updated in over 4 years. Am I missing something?
