1. What does the above exactly mean? Does it mean that I have to start using the code on 5 websites by February 1, 2019?
2. Let's say that I use only 3 codes i.e. 1 code on each unique website by February 1, 2019. What happens after Feb 1, 2019? Would I not be able to use the leftover 2 codes on 2 new websites after this date?
Please clarify.

Redeeming code on AppSumo is different and activating plugin licenses on 5 sites is different.
Feb 1 is a redeem limit by AppSumo. So you should use (signup and purchase) the code on our site before Feb 1.
If you use the plugin on one or two sites now and want to use the plugin on other sites, later on, You can do so anytime in the future. There is NO limit on that.

Just 1 more thing. Lets say I use up all the licenses on 5 different sites, namely a, b, c, d and e. If I feel that I no longer want to track website "a", can I remove it from tracking and use that tracking ability on a new website, say "f", without having to buy any additional licenses?
