I have had this deal for over a year now. The user experience is terrible as compared to MonsterInsights.

1. It is a pain in the ass to install tracking code on custom themes. (Thesis Theme)
2. Clunky user interface.
3. Video tutorials are absolutely awful.
4. No forums for support - so users can't help each other out.
5. Support tickets are via email.
6. "How to" guides are non-existent.
7. No on-boarding.

I tried MonsterInsights for a week -- and I am going to make the jump. I don't care if it costs me $200 each year. Beats this $49 deal hands down.
