buggy & non intuitive way to send a paypal invoice
I figured I would try a test case, to see how this thing works. so far....
1) My personal CO must have too much on her plate, because it takes her a very long time to write back.
2) The interface barely makes any sense, which would be fine, if my personal CO was able to help navigate it in a timely fashion. I'm not that old, yet.
3) The system is buggy, and simply doesn't work half the time. 30 minutes in, I'm informed that trying to create an invoice on the desktop simply doesn't work.
4) After 90 minutes of hassle, we finally get an invoice with a pdf attached. I click send, and assume that everything is good. But then I don't hear back from the client. The client loves to write back. Then i notice that I didn't get a copy of the invoice either, which is odd, because i added myself as a contact.
5) Turns out it didn't send at at all, even though it said it did. and now 'the dev team' is looking to resolve this as soon as possible.
6) I've started a time tracker to track how long it is taking to get a single invoice with a pdf attatched sent. We're at about 25 minutes, today.
