"Impressions budget" is a separate balance you paid "Impression commission" from.

"Impression commission" is a fee paid to Andromo for impressions in order to maintain Advanced monetization. Such commission is applied only for Ultra plan."Impression" itself is an action of showing the ad to end user of your app.Andromo calculates Impression commission according to the interstitial ads pricing by countries and it is being recalculated every 1st day of each month. Impressions budgets is only for Ultra and only if you activate Aadvanced Monetization (splash screen enabled or interstitial ads frequency set lower than 2 minutes).
