Seems you have made changes to deal. I again checked your website, I don't see any "Angel match" plan, so how can I be sure about future updates, why don't you match this deal to a regular pricing plan. That way things will be more transparent.
2. Seems only difference between plans is: investor lists, bulk selection and export. Is this understanding correct? So a small startup or consultant is getting everything without any restrictions from this plan, right?

May 15, 2024A: Hi there, you were the first person to notice the changes as they just went into effect by being approved by AS admins:)
1. So the current AS deal that you see is exactly the same as our 'Growth' plan and its features on our website. You can compare and contrast the features with our pricing page on the website. Anyone who purchases this deal through AppSumo will have a lifetime access to all the future updates that we'll have.
2. We haven't made a big difference on our deal, the main thing that we changed is that we decreased the number of exportable investors from 3000 to 500. Also, we added code stacking. For those who stack up 2 codes, we'll provide access to our Premium plan, which allows one to export up to 1500 investors per month.
3. To make it up for Sumo-lings, we have added 'Startup Templates' to these plans where one can access templates such as Pitch Deck, Executive Summary, Note Purchase Agreement, Accredited Investor Questionnaire and Convertible Promissory Note. Most of these documents except for the Pitch Deck were used by ourselves a few years ago when we were raising capital for our previous Fintech startup. We spent a few thousand dollars hiring lawyers to create these documents, which is free for Sumo-lings now (if they purchase the plan).

1. So I am getting growth plan along with ll updates for life time so why didn't you call it growth plan instead of Angel Match to start with?
2. Can you add family offices and institutional investors as well?
3. So I can search any investor and constraints are related to investor list, bulk selection and export list, correct?
4. Can you add Cap tables, term sheet and techniques and templates to company valuation as well? It will be helpful.
I hope your deal gains traction now, I was ready to buy earlier one but then I saw price change and integrity issues came up in my mind.

1. Good catch! I have just requested to AS admins to change the Angel Match Plan to Angel Match Growth and Premium Plans. As for the updates, you'll have a lifetime access to growth plan and any of its future updates.
2. We are actually mainly focused on Angels and VCs as our main goal is to help startup founders, but we'll make a note on family offices and institutional investors.
3. Yes, that is correct. If you get the 'Growth' plan, you can still bulk select up to 25 investors at a time, export up to 500 investors per month and create up to 5 investor lists as given in the 'Features' section of our deal.
4. Noted, we'll work around them and possibly add them in the future.
